With over 27 years of government service, I began my career through military service, with over 22 years of service in the U.S. Army, Army Reserves, and Army National Guard, where I held various leadership roles, including S6 Team Chief, Signal Team Leader, Cyber Defense Planning Officer, and Cyber Defense Detachment Commander. My military cyber operations experience culminated in my role as Defensive Cyber Operations Enterprise Team Lead, where I oversaw large-scale cyber defense efforts. (Retired CW3 – 155A)

Upon transitioning to the Department of Defense (DoD), I served as Chief Engineer, providing technical guidance in Systems Engineering and Solution Architecture. I played a key role in developing a Hyper-converged Infrastructure solution for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and later served as Site Lead at the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO), overseeing cyber enclaves and critical systems monitoring.

I spent over eight years with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where I held roles including Department Manager and Solutions Architect. During this time, I managed Cyber Operations exercises, designed virtual training environments for Army Reserve and National Guard units, and led the design and integration of Army Battle Command labs.

In 2021, I joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as an Information Technology Specialist (GS-14-7) and was later promoted to Supervisory Information Technology Specialist. In this role, I led the migration of critical infrastructure and played a key part in ensuring the security and continuity of the FBI’s enterprise systems. I later advanced to Senior Leader as Unit Chief (GS 15-7) for the Enterprise Engineering and Assurance Unit (EEAU), where I managed resources and coordinated efforts to strengthen the FBI’s cyber posture.

Most recently, in 2024, I joined JCS Solutions LLC as a Business Development and Capture Executive. My current focus is on driving business growth, expanding market reach, and supporting federal clients such as the DoD and DOJ. This includes delivering cutting-edge technologies, managing client relationships, and fostering seamless communication between customers and engineering teams. I'm particularly interested in engaging from a cyber perspective and exploring how JCS Solutions can contribute impactful services.
